When Will I Receive My Waterproof Stickers?
Once you place an order for your custom waterproof stickers, you'll receive a design proof within 24 business hours. When the artwork is approved and payment is received, the stickers will then be produced within five business days. Then, they will be ready for shipping. The shipping itself can take anywhere from one to five days, depending on your location. While shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather, we do our best to inform you of the situation and make alternate arrangements if needed.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We sure do! If you are located in Puerto Rico or Canada, you can simply checkout on our website. If you're shipping elsewhere, including APO addresses, please contact us to place your order.
What is Your Return Policy?
If your custom waterproof stickers have a production flaw or defect, we are happy to replace them absolutely free of charge. If there is another issue outside and independent of Customized Stickers, we can offer a discount on a replacement batch. Keep in mind that claims must be made within seven business days from the receipt of order. Simply contact us at cssales@customizedstickers.com with your order number and a description of the problem. A customer service representative will review your concerns and contact you with a resolution.
