Purchasing custom stickers from customizedstickers.com is quick and easy — and we're here to help. We want to be your go-to choice when deciding where to buy customized stickers. To make the process even simpler, here are the answers to commonly asked questions about how to buy customized stickers online.
Simply follow these three easy steps and you'll be on your way:
- Step 1: Select your desired sticker.
- Step 2: Provide design instructions (i.e.: anything you'd like printed on your stickers, colors, layout, etc.), select your quantity, and upload any art including logos and photos you may have.
- Step 3: Follow our safe and secure checkout and you're done! Our design team will send your free proof within 24 business hours.
The products on our website are all inclusive with the exception of shipping charges, postage for mailer products, and copy change fees for multiple pieces of art using a quantity price break. Artwork, set-up, printing, digital proofs, and consultative customer service are all FREE! Special order items that require a custom quote may incur additional with regard to custom dies, special materials/adhesives, coatings, special inks, etc.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. We will accept a Purchase Order from government agencies, schools, and hospitals. We require a physical copy (via email, fax, or mail) prior to transitioning your order to Production. You may begin the proofing process prior to submitting your Purchase Order. Checks and wire transfers are also accepted with prior approval from Customer Service.
Absolutely. Our website is protected by GeoTrust SSL, which ensures your personal and payment information are always 100% safe and secure.
The minimum purchase is the smallest quantity displayed for each product. The minimum is typically 125 to 250 stickers depending upon the product. We cannot produce quantities less than minimum.
Determine the total number of square inches by multiplying the maximum length by the maximum width. For example, a sticker that measures 2" wide x 3" high at the longest points will equal 6 square inches. For products that fall between size ranges, select the next highest size.
Need a little (or a lot of help) with your art? We offer free custom art and design at no additional charge. You may upload completed art, partial art, or ask us to create something based upon your ideas. You will receive a digital proof and we will not print anything without your approval.
Each version of art (called a copy change), up to 10 images, will be charged $30 each (the first image is free). If you have more than 10 copy changes it'll be charged $20 each. NOTE: You will be charged a rate for the TOTAL quantity of stickers ordered vs. a quantity rate for each individual copy ordered. This special accommodation will save you a lot of money if you are ordering a large quantity of magnets. If this applies to you, kindly email, chat, or call for a custom quote as our website will not calculate this discount. Please note that the stickers must all be the same size, shape, and material. Our savings program only applies to SKU’s that begin with "10" and "50". Inquire with Customer Service regarding all other SKU's.
All orders include digital proofs at no additional charge. Proofs are usually sent within 24 business hours from receipt of your order. Our design team or customer service may contact you if additional information is needed. We require your design approval prior to printing your stickers to ensure you will be pleased with the final product. At our discretion, we may elect to require approval of paper proof or physical sample prior to producing your order. Please contact Customer Service if you require a physical proof or a paper proof (this service may not be available for all products and some items may incur a fee).
Yes and no. Please keep in mind that all colors can vary depending on the color in question, the print method, and the surface of the actual sticker. What's more, colors can also change over time and variations may occur that are beyond our control. Although we do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality assurance, we cannot always guarantee 100% exact color matches. If your stickers require exact color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know and we will make arrangements for special processing. Please note that an additional fee may be required as the print method may need to change to accommodate your request. Additionally, the color you view on your screen or your personal may differ from the color that is actually printed due to variations in equipment.
All of the stickers that appear on our website include Full Color Printing. Specialty items that require a custom quote may not be available with this option.
Outdoor stickers can be used outdoors or in situation where they might come in contact with moisture. They are printed with UV resistant inks and/or coatings to prevent fading in direct sun. On the other hand, indoor stickers are meant to be kept indoors, outside of the elements, and are usually made of paper.
All of our stickers include standard adhesive that becomes permanent over time unless otherwise noted. Of course, any sticker can be removed with a little effort. Please contact Customer Service if you require a removable, repositionable, or extra strong adhesive and we will prepare a custom quote.
All of our magnets are proudly printed and manufactured right here in the United States. We use the highest quality USA sourced materials. No need to take our word for it...see for yourself and simply request free samples. We are certain you will be as confident about the quality of our magnets as we are (samples are not available for all products and we may substitute an item of comparable quality).
Production time for SKU's that begin with "10" and "50" is 5 to 7 Business Days from the time you approve and pay for your order, plus transit time from our New Jersey factory. See the chart below for production time for all SKU's:
1. Product SKU’s that begin with 10 and 50: 5 to 7 Business Days
2. Product SKU’s that begin with 11, 12, 13, 17, 52, and 54: Production times vary but average about 10 to 12 business days
3. Product SKU’s that begin with 14: 15 to 20 Business Days
4. Product SKU’s that begin with 15: 35 to 40 Business Days
Please consult our Customer Service team for production time regarding quantities above 5,000 for each SKU or SKU's not listed. Production time does not include the day you have placed your order, weekends, or holidays nor does it include transit time.
Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, and quantity of the stickers ordered. We ship via FedEx Ground for most orders in the 48 contiguous United States. Please contact Customer Service if another shipping method is preferred. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada are usually shipped via USPS to help keep costs down.
Your stickers will be shipped via Fedex Ground unless prior arrangements for expedited shipping or another carrier have been made either at check-out or through Customer Service.
We do require written notice via email at cssales@customizedstickers.com. Orders are immediately sent to Production upon receipt of approval and payment. Actual labor, material costs, and shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged. The ability to cancel your order is not guranteed once it has transitioned to production.
If your stickers have a production flaw or defect, we will happily replace them free of charge. It is at our discretion to replace or refund an order. We are able to offer a discount on a replacement batch if there is an issue with the stickers outside and independent of Customizedstickers.com (for example, errors missed on an approved proof, incorrect art submitted, wrong item ordered, etc.). Claims must be made within five business days from receipt of order. Contact us at cssales@customizedstickers.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and a photo. Our customer service and quality control team will review your concerns and contact you with a resolution.
Absolutely. All of our stickers are free of harmful chemicals like phthalates and lead and are 100% non-toxic and fully CPSIA-compliant
