Artwork

Do you charge extra for artwork or design?

Absolutely not! We offer FREE Custom Art for your sticker order. We also offer FREE Set-up, FREE Digital Proofs, and NO PAYMENT Until Proof Approval.

Can you color match exactly?

Yes and no. Please keep in mind that all colors can vary depending on the color in question, and the surface of the actual sticker. What's more, colors can also change under over time, and variations may occur which are beyond our control. Although we do our very best to maintain the highest possible quality assurance, we cannot always guarantee 100% exact color matches. If your stickers require exact color matching (i.e. to your company logo or colors, etc.), please let us know and we will be make arrangements for special processing.

How can I send you my artwork?

Artwork can be supplied during the checkout process. To ensure the best printing, please follow our art guidelines. If you plan on creating your own design and need a template send us an e-mail and we'll respond ASAP.

I have multiple versions of my artwork. How will it be charged?

Each version of art (called a copy change), up to 10 in total, will be charged $30 each. If you have more than 10 copy changes it'll be charged $20 each. NOTE: You will be charged a rate for theTOTAL quantity of stickers ordered vs. a quantity rate for each individual copy ordered. This special accomodation will save you a lot of money!

What are your stickers made of?

Great question. It depends on what type of sticker and decal you're looking for, but all of our stickers are made out of white vinyl and all of our labels are made out of paper.

How will I know the quality of your stickers without seeing them?

All of our stickers are proudly printed and manufactured right here in the United States out of the highest quality US sourced materials. But don't just take our word -if you'd like to see for yourself simply request free samples. We're sure you'll be as confident about the quality of our stickers as we are.

Are you stickers safe for kids?

Absolutely. All of our stickers are free of harmful chemicals like phthalates and lead and are 100% non-toxic and fully CPSIA-compliant.

What is the difference between indoor stickers and outdoor stickers?

Outdoor stickers can be used, well, outdoors ---be it on your car, shed, window, etc. They are printed with UV resistant inks to prevent fading in direct sun. On the other hand indoor stickers are meant to be kept indoors, outside of the elements, and are usually made out of paper.

How do I order stickers on your Web site?

Simply follow these three easy steps and you'll be on your way:

  • Step 1: Select your desired sticker.
  • Step 2: Provide design instructions (i.e.: anything you'd like printed on your stickers, colors, layout, etc.), select your quantity, and upload any art including logos and photos you may have.
  • Step 3: Follow our safe and secure one page checkout and you're done!

We do not require payment until you approve your design proof which we'll e-mail to you within 24 business hours of receiving your order.

Is your Web site safe and secure?

Absolutely! Our site is protected by GeoTrust SSL, which ensures your important information is always 100% safe and secure.

What do your prices include?

All of our prices include everything, EXCEPT Shipping Charges.

  • Artwork, set-up, printing, digital proofs, and consultative customer service are all FREE!
  • Unfortunately I need to cancel my order? How do I proceed?
  • We do require written notice via email at cssales@customizedstickers.com.
  • Actual labor, material costs, and shipping costs incurred prior to cancellation will be charged.

Shipping

How long will it take before my stickers are received?

After placing your order you will receive a design proof of your stickers within 24 business hours. After you approve your artwork and payment is received your stickers will be produced within 5 business days (not including holidays), ready for shipping.  Shipping itself can take anywhere from one day to five day, depending on where your stickers are being sent.  Please note: production time does not include the day the order is received. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather and/or acts of God -we will do our best to inform you of the situation and make alternate arrangements, if necessary.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! If shipping to Puerto Rico or Canada you can simply checkout on our Web site. If shipping elsewhere, including APO addresses, please contact us.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the size, weight, and quantity of the stickers ordered. We ship via FedEx Ground for most orders in the 48 contiguous United States, and you can certainly use your account if preferred. Other shipping methods and carriers are available. For orders to Hawaii, Alaska, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Canada, or any other areas outside the United States we ship via USPS, which helps keep shipping costs down.

Do you offer refunds?

If your stickers have a production flaw or defect we will happily replace them free of charge. If there is an issue with the stickers outside and independent of Customized Stickers we are able to offer a discount on a replacement batch.

Claims must be made within seven business days from receipt of order. Contact us at cssales@customizedstickers.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Our customer service and quality control team will review your concerns and contact you with a resolution.
